METHOD

CONTACT
In order to perform any of our services, the client must contact us and request our services. The meeting may be arranged at a location to be agreed upon at the request of our client to safeguard discretion and confidentiality.

GUIDANCE
Once we have met, the client presents his case, providing as much information as possible. We will advise him/her about the problem and present an estimate which, depending on the case, could be a closed estimate or open to any modifications that may be necessary. If the estimate is accepted, a service and confidentiality contract is signed, and funds are provided to begin.

RESEARCH
The customer shall be kept informed of the progress of the service at all times if he so wishes.

REPORT
At the end of the service, the client is given a report with the activities carried out and the results obtained, to which all the evidence (video, photographs, documents, etc.) is attached. The private investigation report may be presented as evidence in legal proceedings.
Finally, the report shall be ratified if necessary before the competent courts and tribunals.
